Hi,
I just bought a full cassette of I-prime wafers from stock room. I remember I put them under the computer nearest to wbsolvent. I took one wafer out of the cassette and there left 24 wafers.
Now I couldn't find them. If you find a cassette similar but without any name tagged outside in the fab, please let me know! Thank you very much!
