[epi2-pcs] Comment epi2 SNF 2013-01-09 16:00:45: Ted adjusted 1000 torr manometer

System would run Ed Fei SIM recipe...pressure deviation fault.
Ted adjusted manometer cal.
System is now running SIM recipe (1 hour into the 5 hour recipe).
