Dear Departmental IT Contacts,

 

This is a reminder that IT Services is upgrading the Stanford voicemail system on Thursday, January 17, 2013 from 7:00 p.m. until 5:00 a.m. the following morning.

 

Voicemail boxes and menu trees (often referred to as phone trees) will not be available during the upgrade. When the system is down, callers will hear a message that the voicemail service is unavailable during the scheduled outage. 

 

Please distribute this message as appropriate throughout your organization.
