Re: [labmembers] possible to cut chrome photomasks?

Hi Val
We might be able to just direct write a simple array if the N count isn't too high using the Ebeam writer at SNF on your substrate. Please see me during office hours of you are on campus tomorrow.

Hello labmembers,

Do you know if it is possible to cut chrome photomasks?

I need a small (1" x1") piece of glass with 25 microns diameter dark dots on it and I would like to find out if I can have a photomask made then cut it to smaller pieces.

Thanks,

Valerie
