Dear SNF Labmembers,
Has anyone ordered a chrome photomask before? We wish to order a 5 inch photomask (for use with evalign) with features around 2 micron in size, but are not familiar with vendors that offer this service.
Any vendor recommendations or advice would be greatly appreciated.
